+ -1 moreHe came out to look at the project, gave me a bid and then called back to check. He was real nice; I have heard from some of the references who said that he worked with his dad. His quoted price was $6,000. I think his price was really fair. He was very responsive and good all the way around.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Marcus VanDorn of L&M Construction to convert part of our old front porch into part of our living room.
