Rick and his assistant arrived right on time and got right to work. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves very well, which I really appreciate. I believe it took them about 2 hours to complete the work.
After the cleaning was completed, he told us that our lower flues were glazed with creosote and gave us the name of a product that would help remove the remaining creosote that he wasn't able to remove. He also gave us tips to reduce the amount of creosote build up in the future. He gave us a $20 discount on the 3 story chimney cleaning, which was unexpected, given the amount of work he had to do, and very appreciated.
We will definitely use him for future cleanings.I also needed some additional work done and he gave me his quote as well as the names of others that could also do the work.
He also told me how I could do the work my self.
I thought he did a great job and couldn't have been happier.
I will use him again.
