I took my truck in to have it looked at for a couple issues. They did a very thorough diagnostic and gave me options and costs for the individual items that needed taken care of. I did not perform all the repairs recommended at the time, but did the major ones. There was no pressure sales. They were very helpful.

I had been experiencing some vibration when driving and at times it would get so bad I would pull over because I was pretty sure I had a tire falling off. I called and explained what I was experiencing and dropped my SUV off so they could try and find the problem. After taking it out for a couple test drives (one with me driving) they were able to pinpoint the potential issue and upon further investigation they confirmed exactly what was in need of repair. I am very appreciative of the fact that these guys always determine the exact cause of any one problem rather than just start making random repairs at my expense as I have experienced with other auto mechanics. Once the complete diagnostics of my needed repairs was completed, I was provided with a complete assesment and then authorized the work. Not only did everything get completed well within the time indicated but details of the repairs made were explained to me. They also took the time to explain what I could experience in driving and handling and how long I could expect that to last. I have been a grateful customer for several years because of their honesty and the quality of the work performed. These guys have proven themselves to me to be the best of the best and I recommend them every chance I get!

Overall in and out 2.30 hrs clean job no grease on car. Found out that (Bradley) is the owner and he is certified in engine repair, transmission and axle, suspension and steering, brakes, electrical/electronic systems, heating and air conditioning, engine performance by napa autotech and David certified also. They use NAPA parts in there shop. All is working will and I am happy for the good work that was done and the price

Thanks to Certified performance for having extended Monday hours!!! I thought I would never get my car fixed, and not only di they fix my problems while I waited, they rotated my tires, changed my oil and went over the entire vehicle to check for any problems! This is by far the best service experience with an automotive shop that I have ever received. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!

overall it was a great , they are a ASE certified auto repair shop. the shop was clean and the personal where very pleasant,and where very knowledgable in other repairs i will have done there.
