Within the first year our newly replaced driveway spider-cracked in many, many places. About half of the slabs were affected and most cracks didn't even follow control joints. Contractor frequently fails to return calls or show up for planned appointments. In fact he often says "If I don't get back with you, call me and remind me." He blamed the multiple cracks on the weather, tree roots, heavy trucks...everything but his company workmanship. He said he would follow up. That was five months ago. I'll likely have to write this off as a $10,000 dollar loss and have it re-poured in a year or two, but not with this company. Shame... nice owner and staff, but I guess that's all I can say. It looked fine for the first several months. Then, PPPPFFFFTTT Update: July,2016 Less than two years after these driveway way and walkways were installed, it is now time to have our roof replaced (July, 2016). Upon getting roof bids, the roofers will NOT allow their trucks on this driveway because there are so many cracks. This is after I spent BIG bucks to have six inch slabs to handle larger vehicles. They sincerely doubt these are six inch slabs. I now have to pay an extra $1000 to have the shingles hand loaded onto the roof! My last roofing bidder is appalled at the condition of this driveway after only two years. As time moves on (and it has been less than two years), I am only now realizing just how bad I got taken! NEVER again....Not with THIS company!

We got a good price from this company to lay a patio and a walkway.  This was done October 29, 2014.  By January 2015 we had 3 cracks running diagonally from where they put the downspout and drain tile under the concrete.  Then another 3 cracks by March 2015.  We called them in January and they came out, but said it was due to the weather.  However, other professionals have been out to look at it and they seem to think that the ground has sunk beneath the concrete where the drain runs.  Now this drain pipe is wacky too, as it did not follow the natural slant of the yard.  It goes across the yard and it was supposed to drain out into the dirt on the other side of the fence (which is actually the neighbor?s yard).  It should have at least been laid under the concrete going with the slant of the yard.  We feel bad about having these cracks so soon after getting our new patio.  We will probably put a sealer on the concrete, which they did not suggest.  And we will probably have to reroute the downspout for the gutters so it does not crack any more concrete.  Another thing is that they were sloppy with the concrete.  It is on the screen door and the siding of the house.  By the way, we called them again to come out and they never kept their appointment.
