Called him that morning, he showed up in less than 2 hours. Got the tank pumped and identified where the line into the tank had collapsed. He ran his sewer snake thru the line to clear the obstruction so we'd have some drainage until I can get the line replaced, which I'll do myself this weekend. He was extremely helpful and courteous. Will definitely call again when it's time for the next pumping.
