Designer Floors and showers

I cannot slide my chair under my desk due to an uneven tile. Master shower has multiple issues: 1) Wall border has numerous uneven tiles 2) Grout missing from small section of floor 3) Grout residue left on ceiling from sponge cleaning grout from walls - painters painted over so it's there forever. 4) Grout missing from corner of niche. All I wanted was the missing grout replaced. Scott acknowledged the error and pointed out other substandard areas. Said he would use caulk for repair. I followed up for a month. Always me, never him contacting me. I finally asked for the caulk so I could do myself. Tired of excuses. His reply "some of us work for a living", (I'm retired). When I said that was a "weak a** response" he said he would never enter my home again and would go to Police if I contacted him again.
