CLEAN CUT TREE SVC

When the guy came by to give me an estimate on the trimming, I told him specifically that I only needed the top trimmed down so that my directv dish would work and it trimmed just a bit off the houses. I told him I really liked the shade the tree provides and I did not want to lose that. I also got an estimate on another tree, but the cost was too much for me at that time so I opted for just the maple tree. It was about a week later he finally came and trimmed tree while I was at work. When I came home, I found that he had completely ignored what I had said. I had nothing but the trunk of the tree left. My daughter was so upset over this that she started crying. We contacted him about this and all he said was sorry, nothing more. He still expected his full fee. I later found out that the job he performed was the typical maple trim. Since he did this at the beginning of summer, I will have no shade in my backyard until fall if I'm lucky. I would not call him to do another job for me. He completely ignored what I had asked him to do.
