I met with the contractor to get a bid on some work I needed done on a commercial property I was considering buying. They showed up on time and seemed very professional when meeting with them. However, they never mailed me the formal estimate as promised. I was disappointed not to get a follow up as I thought they were very professional up until that point. No follow up, no business from me.
Description of Work: Met for estimate.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. They are in demand but definitely worth waiting for. The pricing was comparable to all of the other bids.
