In one order, I ordered the 3 pieces of furniture above (Order placed 7/3/2008). This is a case of you get what you pay for. The website has good photos, and a lot of information about each of the pieces. It is easy to maneuver, and if you find a piece you like, there is likely more that are similar and, there is usually a link that will show you all similar items. Shopping was easy, and the customer service is responsive and friendly. The overall quality of the pieces are average. This is not investment furniture. This is "sell it at a yard sale in 5 years" furniture. The components are made from press board or wood and, require complete assembly. The assembly process is tedious, and the instructions are sometimes confusing. The parts are labeled with a sticker, which I have had no luck removing, so on the inside of all my cabinets are the label stickers. Some of the assembly hardware are hard to use and not effective at making the unit secure. File units are supposed to attach to a wall (good luck, unless you have baseboards). I ordered on July 3, and today on Oct 20 received my final piece after a 14 week backorder. It arrived with a broken part. Since I should be able to glue it, they gave me $21 off my order. I may use them again but, not when I need something in any hurry, and will certainly think twice about it if I can save a little longer and buy a truly quality piece of furniture.
