I'm pretty sure this is why water stopped coming into my basement. the sump pump is also dry and there are no leaks. they changed the grade of the slab so water simply goes away from the house. simple, easy, brilliant. best home improvement i've done. there's a long line for this company for good reason. Easy to get ripped off by less reputable folks. These guys are worth the wait.

the crack was fixed very quickly and efficiently. The front porch took all day and required much more work than they had estimated, but the man stayed until dark to finish the job.

Every job went well and as expected. Job costs were reasonable for the work done. When inspections are done Paul is very clears as to what needs to done or why nothing needs to be done. Very professional.

The work was preformed on schedule and in a very professional manner.
the wall was drilled and injected with a substance to stop the leakage.
Other areas were pointed out as needing repair and were also repaired.
The work area was cleaned when finished.

Always on time and accurately described what was being done and why. Initial quote was accurate and reasonable for the work to be done. They went out of their way to lay down tarps and keep dust to a minimum.
Work was done with a minimum degree of inconvenience and follow-up was great.
We had a minor issue with a basement freezer being left unplugged. This was an honest mistake and they stepped up immediately, took responsibility, and made everything right. I was impressed with the integrity and professionalism of everyone involved.

This job was complicated by the lack of access to this area of heavy machinery and so much of this needed to be done by hand. Overall, the provider did a good job, though we haven't had sufficient rain to know if it is a success.
Issues: The provider was also suppose to excavate the ground near one part of foundation, which had filled in above the foundation but wasn't as attentive to this (rock was piled above the top of the foundation). Second, I wasn't told what color rock would be used for this application, and it was white, which called attention to the trench. I have since covered the white rock in the trench with river rock to blend in better; it would have been nice to have been given a choice of the color or type of rock used. Third, while I agreed to allow the downspout to be carried through the same trench that was excavated along the foundation, I thought that the contracted price would be lowered since this meant that the provider didn't need to dig a second trench. However, the bill presented was the original contracted price. I thought that this was a little unfair.

The guys did a great job. Paul explained everything to us that would need to be done ahead of time and what the word would entail. Steve and his crew were great to work with. Lifting a foundation is messy work, but they did a great job of cleaning up the yard after the work was done. We now have a level house and the confidence that it won't move again.
