I hired legendary construction to put my fence up after the original guy from Anderson tree and turf that I hired from angi would not listen on where to put fence and just put posts where he wanted and got things in such a mess he finally just quit saying he would refund money not used for materials and then blocked my number and has not refunded any of the $3000 he owes me. Legendary construction took time to pull all posts up and put up a very nice fence. I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done. Mike did an excellent job and was very concerned the whole time that we were happy and satisfied with the work. I am very satisfied. Anyone complaining about his work is very wrong. He cares very much about his customers.

Mr Humenik came to my house on December 9 th to install the ceiling with two helpers he put up the ceiling and I assumed it was done properly and I paid him when he left the next day my electrician I hired was putting my ceiling fan in and simply took off the bracket to put in and install the new ceiling fan, and as he was doing that just all the sudden the entire ceiling fell to the bedroom floor. Literally, I was incomplete and utter shock so I immediately called his business, legendary, construction, and remodeling, and he told me to send pictures. I started to look at all of the planks that had fallen on the floor, and I noticed that there was nails, but the nails were not very big. They all stayed inside the ceiling and so I came to the conclusion that the that there were not the proper nails used to install the ceiling and that is why it fell to the ground. He did not install the ceiling correctly and he said well what do you want me to do and I said well, you re going to need to fix it and he kind of copped an attitude about it as if it was my fault and I m the customer so I felt very as if he was being intimidating toward me because if it was securely installed correctly, the ceiling should ve never completely collapsed and I just feel that I need some help and I also had two friends that was here when it happened the person installing it and they were all in disbelief that my entire ceiling came crashing down. I m surprised I was not injured and he said he just did not know how that could happen and I said well it was not installed correctly, so I really don t feel comfortable with him coming back to try to install it again, but I feel that I do need compensation.

Michael and his assistant arrived early to the job, worked very quickly and made sure they were very careful with their handling of my items and my new property.

Michael and Mike did a great job. I highly recommend him and will have him redo my bedroom in the near future. Thanks guys!

I thought the mailbox needed replacement - turns out it was just missing a few screws that Michael installed and it's good as new. He could have sold me a new mailbox - instead fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Honest work!

Michael and his workers were prompt and polite. The work was done in a timely manner. I pointed out a couple of overlooks and they immediately took care of it. I was also told that if I found something in the future to just contact them and they would come back. Most importantly, they were honest, hard working young men who did a great job. I will hire this company again, and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

We are VERY well please with the work he done for us in putting up a fence. Michael gave us an idea we had not really thought about in putting a new wood fence in front of the old one. This not only would save us money and time, but also keep our new dogs from getting out and the groundhogs from getting in. Highly recommend Michael and his crew!
