Description of Work: Installed internet and TV. Poor communicaton on service time, but tech was polite and obviously overworked.

Description of Work: I have moved twice while using this company and each time they charge me a transfer fee for them to press a button on a computer that changes my address. I had to have a technician come out one time because the internet was not working and they were two hours late for their scheduled appointment time and I was not notified. When talking to customer service about the transfer fees, the representative was EXTREMELY rude and stated "that I must not pay any other bill because they all charge a transfer fee". She also told me to "just get over it". This company does not value its existing customers what so ever. If I had another option for internet, I would quickly switch.

Description of Work: Just a general statement about SuddenLink. I find it very expensive and slow, but it is the only option in Saint Joseph.

 + -1 moreWhen I lived in Saint Joseph, Mo suddenlink was the only provider in town. Once we moved we didn't know if there were any providers in the area so we stayed eoth them. Our bill originally was 55 bucks a monthly and over the course of a year it has raised to 75 bucks a month. Starting in August there is a new deal that only allows 250 mbs a month! Which isn't that much! Now, we get cut off after that allowance has been met. I have called them the past two monghs and alls they say is that they don't know how I'm using so much data. That if i want unlimited data I would have to upgrade and pay 98 bucks a month.I finally had enough.
