THIS IS FOR THE NORTHWEST PLAZA LOCATION. RON, THE MANAGER, SPENT 90 MINUTES WITH US EXPLAINING MATTRESSES. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I TOOK A DAY OFF FOR THEM TO DELIVER IT TO MY HOME. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE DID NOT HAVE ALL THE PARTS THEY NEEDED. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T GET THE JOB FINISHED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. I HAD TO TAKE A SECOND DAY OFF FOR THEM TO INSTALL IT! THEN, THE BED BROKE A FEW WEEKS LATER BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ASSEMBLE IT PROPERLY AND I HAVE TO TAKE YET ANOTHER DAY OFF FOR THEM TO FIX IT.
