Bedroom Drapes/ Bed Skirt
We never received an itemized price list from salesperson.  She said it would be mailed...never came!  Soooo!  Drapes were ready....When they were hung..the fabric was totally "bubbled"...as was bed skirt.  Color was way off.  Looked very different than  it had on the small swatch in the fabric sample book....(No good input from salesperson when I chose fabric!)....The  couple who hung the drapes apologized for the way they looked after hung.  They suggested I call the company!  I did!  They sent an expert "trouble shooter"~ I guess that's what we would call him.  Sympathetic  fellow who said that there was no way he could do a thing to make the drapes look better, and he felt sure that the company would work with me. He said the fabric was one he had never worked with previously.
I did select a different fabric, but would up paying more that the already too-high price..because, you guessed it....I had now chosen a more expensive fabric!!!!  Again....no price list. The itemized one would one in the mail.  Never did. I was just told that there was a big difference. 
French Door Shades
Shades for French doors in kitchen...very, very cheap.  I have since looked at them at Home Depot....and the quality of the ones that Sunshine installed here.....is just...no other word:  CHEAP!   In addition to this...cheap hardware was used...and the shades have fallen off numerous times.  The cheap hardware bent when they fell.  The "trouble shooter"...rehung them on the same cheap hardware  once.  The "trouble shooter"  hung them on the same cheap, bent hardware a second time. The next time they fell....one hit my cat as he slept...(Glad it was not a grandchild playing by the doors)...The cat is fine!  The man in the office, I believe his name is Myron....wanted to charge me $85-95 to have someone come over ........to rehang them..
No thanks, Myron!  The shades are in the trash....and we are going with Home Depot this time.

Beautiful workmanship, great fabrics and materials.  Excellent installation and they made sure we had our work done by Christmas!  Perhaps a little pricey, but we feel we got more than our money's worth and would use them again and  recommend them highly.

The sales rep took a lot of time going over the various options. However once the window treatments were up I never heard from anyone. I had recurring problems with one roller shade and had to have a person come back three times. I still have problems with another roller shade angling to one side and buckling when rolled down. I also was charged more than what was on my sales receipt due to someone's error. For the amount of money I spent and the fact that this was a custom job, I expected to hear from the sales rep after installation to see if I was satisfied but I never did.

They're efficient and careful, and has been out a couple of times to make sure she's doing what I want and make sure the order is accurate. The nice thing about their products is that they have a lifetime warranty.

Fantastic! Although they're a bit pricey, the quality of the material and the workmanship was impeccable. The design consultant was very helpful in bringing together the look of our entire home. She was very quick to understand the look my daughter and I wanted and suggested a good variety of choices. The reupholstered chairs look better than new! The upholsterer took extra care in matching the distinctive pattern on the two chairs, the quality of the work really shines through. And every workman/installer/deliver person was polite, timely and cleaned up after the job.

Designer was on time, brought an array of materials to my home with pictures of window treatments. Drapes were finished in time for the holidays and hangers were pleasant and competent.

Sales person (Elaine) visited our home with pictures of possible design arrangements and material samples. She made helpful suggestions, obtained preliminary measurements and wrote the order. Installer (Gary) visited a few days later to take exact measurements and offer ideas to improve installation. One month later, Gary and his assistant delivered the valence and installed it. Everything was done as ordered and promised. All staff were knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with.

THE REPRESENTATIVE AND INSTALLATION CREW WERE PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, AND PUNCTUAL.

THE GENTLEMEN THERE REALLY SPENT SOME QUALITY TIME WITH US TO HELP US PICK OUT THE FABRIC. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL! OTHER TIMES WHEN HE IS NOT THERE, THEIR SALES PEOPLE ARE NOT QUITE AS HELPFUL AS HE IS! THEIR PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE.

ELIZABETH WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE WERE PICKING OUT THE BLINDS & EVEN CAME WITH CARL TO MEASURE THE WINDOWS. THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED THE BLINDS WERE NEAT, EFFICIENT & FRIENDLY.

THESE ARE EXCELLENT INTERIOR DECORATORS THAT ARE EASY TO WORK WITH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR CRAFT. THEY ARE INEXPENSIVE, OFFER BUT GOOD QUALITY FABRIC!

I HAVE WORKED WITH SHARON ELFRINK FOR MANY YEARS NOW. SHE IS AN EXCEPTIONAL DESIGNER AND VERY CREATIVE. THE QUALITY OF SUNSHINE'S FINISHED PRODUCT IS UNIFORMLY HIGH AND THEIR INSTALLERS ARE VERY METICULOUS. THEY CAN BE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT IT'S WORTH IT TO GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT.

DECORATOR WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY. MY ORDER'S DONE ON TIME. INSTALLER WAS ON TIME, POLITE, GOT EVERYTHING DONE LESS THAN AN HOUR.

SOME OF THE SEAMS STARTED TO ROLL ON THE TOP BORDER. I CALLED, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN THE NEXT 2 DAYS AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.

RELIABLE, TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL

SALES PERSON WAS GREAT. THE SALES MANAGER WAS TERRIBLE. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE DELIVERY AND HE WAS VERY RUDE. WE PROBABLY WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
