"It was a pleasure to be able to help [Member name removed] and her family. I am also glad to hear they felt the photo quality was good and even offered standard and advanced editing options (object removal) for one of the candid shots, at no extra fee. I did feel that despite the travel being outside our normal free travel coverage area, and yet not charging for the travel, or the advanced editing, that the price was within reason especially for the time spent on-site. While basic edits were done for many of the images at no charge, and some additional sample advanced edits performed prior to client selection of favorites, most images were not selected for additional refinement. That said, we also did provide facial tone reductions at no charge for faces that were red from sunburn, and also clothing smoothing to remove wrinkles. I do hope that these factors are reconsidered by the customer, and that they will consider engaging my services again. [Member name removed] has a lovely family, and I do wish all the best to every one there."
