They were the only company I could find that would work on my heat pump. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job.

I am writing this as the staff behind the counter at R&S including Bob, Dan and the other cast of characters (including sometimes the pet office dog) are courteous and extremely knowledgable.  I often come with the water sample which they quickly check and if OK they send me on my way (no selling of products).  If I need to make adjustments to the pool they can tell me exactly what I need but without a hard sell or loading me up.  When I do need advice they take the time to explain things and make the right recommendation. I have gone to other stores but none compare to R&S.  I can't say enough good things about them.

They are the best! Staff is always well educated, friendly and extremely helpful. They never try to sell us something we don't need. In fact, they talk us out of things we thought we needed, but do not.

The men who arrived to do the work were clean cut and well spoken. They did a great job of opening our pool and switching to the salt water system. They explained how it worked and left us an instruction booklet and additional salt to add as needed. As a result, I have only spent $25.00 on chemicals this season as opposed to about $600.00 in past summers. This system will pay for itself! It is much easier to take care of our pool. We have had no algae, and the pool water stays clear and properly chlorinated without the chlorine smell or the need for chemicals. R & S salespeople in the store also recommended a pool serviceman not associated with their store because I asked if they knew a reliable person. He does a great job vacuuming and backwashing weekly for a reasonable price.  Since I am disabled, I can no longer do those tasks. So I appreciated the referral from R & S. 

They are the best in town. They stock a lot of products in their store. Their competition does not have the inventory like they do. R & S POOL & SPA has what you need when you get there. They have a big counter, you can talk to the guys and they will help you out. They have the biggest showroom and the widest selection. The diving board I bought from them, I can get for a $100 cheaper on the internet, but I pay more because I don't want to wait.

We went into R & S Pool & Spa to purchase a pool cover, as our was damaged in the recent hail storm. We asked several questions about opening the pool this season due to hail damage to the pool. The employees  are always so friendly and knowledgeable. They always have the parts or answers we need. Our wait time was minimal due to it being just prior to the big pool opening season. Just know if you go during the beginning of pool season you will need to plan for on time waiting your turn for service, as they are every busy. They have limited hours for evening and weekends. They are worth your time waiting!

We have been very happy with R & L pool and spa. There sales and service personnel have been very helpful. We have experienced a few problems, but they have all been handled under warranty.

ROSE DOES EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR US TO GET OUR SUPPLIES. SHE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL WITH OUR SERVICE. SHE IS WILLING TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR SUPPLIES.

THEY PROVIDED THE SERVICE WITH THE EFFICIENCY THAT I NEEDED.
