Midwest really did an outstanding job. They are not the least expensive guy in town, but for a product installed for permanancy, you want it done right! They installed ceramic, porcelain, and marble for us on floors, countertops, and bath/shower walls. They were extremely neat, and their job still looks perfect!
Description of Work: Midwest Ceramic and Tile does marble, tile, and granite installation. They will also install heating coils beneath a ceramic/marble floor.

Walt is very pleasant, quick and responsive, professional, quiet and neat, made as little dust as possible, cleaned after himself completely. He was willing to let us buy the tile and recommended where to buy it most economically. He gave great remodeling advice to get our 1928 house ready to sell, not just for the bathrooms, but also for paint and lighting. He had lien waivers ready, worked at our convenience, worked very efficiently, and got it done earlier than promised.
Description of Work: Tore out & replaced tile floor in one bathroom, recaulked walls, replaced soap dish and cup holder; installed new tile floor in 2 other bathrooms; installed new tile floor in kitchen and sun room (we purchased tile); new hearth for fireplace and threshold for outside door.

BOB, THE SALESPERSON AND ESTIMATOR WAS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. COURTEOUS, RESPONSIVE, KNOWS HIS STUFF. HOWEVER, WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE TILE INSTALLATION AND A TILE KEPT BREAKING AND IN ANOTHER AREA THE TILE WAS NOT CLOSE ENOUGH TO BE COVERED BY THE SHOWER CONTROL COVER (ESCUTCHEON). THEIR REPAIR PERSON WHO CAME OUT TO FIX THESE ITEMS DID A FAULTY, IMPROPER REPAIR THAT WAS DISCOVERED BY US AND BOB WHEN IT DID NOT HOLD, TWICE. BOB ENDED UP BEING THE PERSON TO DO THE REPAIR AS WE DID NOT WANT THE REPAIR PERSON BACK A THIRD TIME. THE REPAIR PERSON WAS NOT CAREFUL WITH HIS TOOLS AND HOW HE HANDLED THEM AND HIS BUCKET ON OUR NEW FLOOR. THE MARBLE WORK WAS DONE WELL AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS ASPECT OF THE INSTALLATION.
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDED AND INSTALLED CERAMIC TILE FOR A BATHROOM FLOOR, SHOWER, AND TUB AREA AS WELL AS PROVIDED AND INSTALLED AGGLOMERATE MARBLE FOR ANOTHER BATH AND ANOTHER FLOOR AREA.
