Mid-America Lawn Maintenance

If I could give zero stars I would. We have used this company for several yrs without an issue. When they started this season of 2023 we had issues almost every time they cut or didn’t cut our yard. The owners don’t care and won’t respond if there are issues. We paid to have our lawn cut, trimmed and the debris blown away. They rarely even cut our whole lawn, skipping sections at a time. Didn’t always trim and blew the debris right up to our door mats instead of away from the house. When I complained they fixed it the first time but every time after that they wouldn’t respond. You get a choice of who you use and I hope people choose a different company so they don’t have to deal with the poor work and neglect like we did.

They were dependable. They did a good job.

We have moved to a condo and no longer need this kind of service.

Their cost is very reasonable. They are punctual. Sometimes I don’t even know that they are here. They just come on a regular basis.

They always show up and complete each job as expected. If you want to select the best contractor based on price and performance then I would call them.

They are fantastic so I have no issues with them.

Mid-America Lawn Maintenance is in and out very fast. I have a very large yard but they're in and out within 15 minutes, which is kind of surprising. Their price was much lower than some other folks that I had seen online. Mid-America Lawn Maintenance seems to do a decent job. It's not absolutely perfect but I understand I'm not paying top dollar. I would use them again in the future.

Chuck was able to work me into the schedule for the following day after my call. He gave very honest advice about fall seeding/aeration/watering and recommended that I wait until the spring for the best results. I will continue to use their services in the future. $25/property is their minimum charge which is a little high for me considering that my yard is tiny... 

They came once every other week and did great job.

I have used Mid-America Lawn Service for regular grass cutting as well as spring and fall clean-up for three years.  They come regularly for grass-cutting, but make allowances for poor conditions, such as not enough rain for grass to grow enough to need cutting.  They do an excellent job of cleaning up the winter debris in the spring, as well as leaf removal in the fall.  They send out a letter in early spring and late summer asking customers which services they want performed, and how often.  When I have had to call to make a request, they are very prompt to fulfill it.  I also think their prices are very reasonable for the amount of work performed.

They did good work.  Their price was reasonable.  I am very happy with them.

I called them and asked them to cut the lawn. They said they would do it every two weeks and send me a bill. Unlike most service providers I've worked with, THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO! I sincerely wish the rest of the world would simply do their job as these guys do. They are on time, and charge a very fair price. Thanks guys.

I called Curt at Mid-America Lawn Service to get an estimate on weekly lawn trimming. Curt was very prompt in driving by my home to see my lawn for the estimate. He was less expensive and more professional than any other company with which I spoke. He bills us monthly, and his workers come every Friday so our lawn looks great for the weekend. They did an excellent job edging and trimming. I wanted them to go out a little further on one of the edges of my yard, called Curt, and it was done perfectly the next week. Our yard looks so good, my neighbor called and is now also using them. I suspect most of my neighbors will end up going with them for their lawn mowing.

I contacted the company and the owner came out to look at my yard. Later we talked about often they would mow, how much grass would be removed each time (I like my grass fairly long to keep it healthier) and the price. They started coming out every other week and so far the service is good.

They did a good job. We called them this year and their voice mailbox was full. They randomly started mowing our yard without contacting us and we had contracted with someone else. They did a great job last year and we intended to hire them again this year but we couldn't get hold of them. They were very easy to work with and they did exactly what they promised to do last year.

They are very dependable and my lawn looks good. They are quick and I appreciate that.

I can rely on them to come when needed

They have been very good. They do everything they say they are going to do like cutting grass every two to three weeks.

The price is good. They do a good job. They do what they are supposed to. The prices came in lower than some people. My lawn looks good. They come when they are supposed to. I am not home when they come.

They usually send two different crews out for doing the work. I think they are sloppy. They don’t pay attention to any details. When they mow my lawn, they go around a twig and never pick it up. I’ve had many others mow my lawn before and I know none of them ever did that. I even complained to the second crew that they had sent and they weren’t good either. They were punctual, though. I am planning to discontinue their services from next season.

They are very good at what they do, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Everything goes absolutely perfect with them. They come out at a specific time for us as long as its not raining. They're very flexible and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend them to others, as well as continue to use them in the future.
