Jackson Family Tree is excellent. Their arborists provide wonderful advice on tree health. They provided a growth regulator for a tree close to the house, trimmed a huge tree, and removed a dying pin oak. Throughout, communication was professional and the company bids and invoices are clear and easy to follow. The company has the equipment and skilled employees to remove large trees quickly and safely. Highly recommend!

Exceptional! Jackson Tree Service's entire crew was exceptional. Jackson Tree Service was able to help during an unexpected emergency. During a tornado storm a very large tulip tree was uprooted and landed on our house during the storm. We called at least three different tree service companies immediately from the Angie's List reviews. Not all companies can handle a tree of this magnitude. Jackson Tree Service contacted us back immediately. Jackson Tree Service came out to our home immediately they looked at the tree and gave a great quote. The very next morning around 7 am they came out with the crew, trucks, and equipment needed to perform such a difficult job, not to mention in almost 100 degree weather. They got the job done! So quickly and professionally.They were great! Their staff in the office was exceptional. I was able to contact the office at any time to assist me with any questions that I had. Their calmness and professionalism helped me to feel comfortable during such a trying time. Jackson gave us a reasonable price and even let us pay off part of it over time. There is no trace of the trees. It's as if they were never there. The ground is flat. If you have a similar situation, I recommend to go in with eyes open and expect some minor property damage because it is an insanely difficult job. They removed sections of the fence. There was some very minor damage to the fence. A couple yard decorations of one neighbor's were damaged. Much of the grass in our back yard and a bit of a neighbor's were torn up. They compensated both neighbors, in payment or services. (I think the neighbors are glad these giant trees aren't looming over their houses and they'll have far fewer leaves to rake!) I suppose we could quibble about some things, but I don't feel like complaining. I feel Jackson deserves an A rating. Honestly, another company might have walked away from such a difficult job or might have charged way more. I am very happy that it is done with no one getting hurt and very little damage.

The Jackson team did an AA+ job. As good as the reviews I read in selecting them, they were even better than that. I had 10-15' limbs from both trees over the roof of my house and they were removed without ever touching the roof. Thought I was watching a Cirque de Soleil performance in the takedown of the front yard tree. It was a real team at work and their experience and efficiency excelled throughout. They arrived on time and were finished before I'd thought possible. Clean up was excellent and I can't say enough about the professionalism of each member of the team. I would highly recommend this company as this was the best experience I've ever had in contracting for a home repair/service company. My thanks to Mike, Rachel, Rick, Rhonda and the rest of the team. I was impressed with this company from the beginning. It started with them having a person to answer the phone whereas I had to leave voicemails with others. They came out promptly for the estimate and then scheduled us quickly due to concerns about the trees coming down on the house. They did an outstanding job--arriving on time, working very efficiently and cleaning everything up. The crew definitely knew what they were doing. Their price was in line or slightly less than other estimates and their quality of service was outstanding. They even got on our roof to blow off dust and raked the yard to completely clean everything up. This is a family owned company in its third generation and it shows.

They removed the tree on the date they had indicated and cleaned up the area.

From the beginning to the end of this job, Jackson Tree Service was top notch, A+ in all aspects of service. Each and every person was kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and honest. What more can you ask from a company? The estimate was timely, and every effort was made to accommodate us into their schedule. As one can imagine, after a storm is very hectic for tree cutting services. My first call was returned immediately, and every call after that was important to them. I always received prompt return calls. The estimate was fair and the estimator was very kind and professional. The tree cutters were the most skilled I have ever seen in action. Every precaution was taken to prevent any injury to the property whether it was the house, yard or driveway. They too, were very kind and courteous. The clean up was immaculate! I can't give this company a better review besides highly recommending them!

It went great. Crew arrived on time with all the appropriate equipment. No injuries, no property damage. Only minor complaint is that the ground crew could have worked to get the branches separated from the logs. As it was, everything got dropped on top of everything and that has been an irritation but not serious. Obviously, they have all the equipment to remove debris and wood from a job sit. The whole block was excited by the project and Jackson Tree Service left a good image in many neighbors minds.

We had a large tree and stump removed in our front yard close to power lines and our house. Jackson Family tree service was the most competitive bid after bidding the job out to several companies. We have worked with two other tree companies in the past (who did a fine job), but neither could not beat Jackson's price. Jackson Tree service was extremely professional, fast, responsive, and efficient. They had the utilities marked to ensure no damage was done while grinding the stump. Overall, the work done was excellent. I would hire again. Our neighbor (who also had to interact with them regarding driveway availability) also commented how nice and fast they were. He also has hired other tree companies, and commented he would be hiring Jackson Tree service in the future for any removal needs he has. Best of all, this is family owned, local company.

They were able to fit my small job in when they were in the area for another job. They gave me notice and showed up when they said they would. I was not home when the service was performed, but I came home to a clean yard and the jobs done just as described. Their prices are competitive and the customer service is great.

It was a big job. They got a lot of wood off of that tree and I'm sure they made a lot of money off of that tree itself. They cut it down and loaded it in the back of the truck to haul away. They did a really great job. I had 4 different prices from other people and their price was the best.

Wonderfully! They were a cheerful, respectful, hard-working team. David Jackson did not quote and estimated it well. He was reassuring about their insurances. Very likable.

The men were amazing how they could safely climb, and used harnesses.

I was very happy with the service I received from Jackson Tree Company.  One of the owners came within two days of receiving my  call, and gave me an estimate for the removal of a huge pine tree.  I found the estimate quite reasonable compared with other bids.  Within a few days ,the co-owner and  a workman came and did a great job in removing the pine tree.  They were skilled and professional, courteous and quite effecient.  They  did an excellent job of cleaning up all debris.  I would not hesitate to use their service again and I recommend them.

Everything from the first phone call to final clean up was excellent.  I
was able to e-mail photos of the stump and promptly received a
reasonable estimate for the job which we accepted.  The aActual cost was
below estimate.  Mr. Ballard proved that the right tool makes
for quick work.  He was fast, efficient and thorough.  We will
definitely call him should the need arise and are quite comfortable
recommending him to our neighbors.
