I have been in the business of residential remodeling for 25 years. I am a small company that has always shown attention to detail. I do use very qualified sub-contractors who have been hired only after complete satisfactory and quality work has been achieved. I have always given free estimates for my work, weather be it over the phone or after coming out to discuss the project with my customers. He was referred by Menards. One door was installed ok. The other was installed so poorly that the door manufacturer came out to look at the door and determined it had to be removed and re-installed. It was not level, plumb or square. He came back after and was trespassing on my property when I had someone else out to complete the repairs. He did a nice job finishing the interior trim on the first door.

If a mistake is made by the workers he comes back to do the work himself. He is dependable. He follows up if there are issues. The door that was installed was defective from the manufacturer. He called the manufacturer to get the issue resolved. He makes sure everything is done to your satisfaction. His price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies.
