 + -1 moreMr. Porter returned the initial phone call very quickly. He set up an appointment for 3 weeks later. The night before, he called to confirm. The day of, he arrived 15 minutes early. He said hi to the family dog. He went straight to work until the job was complete.
Description of Work: Mr. Porter inspected the piano. He cleaned out the stray items that were not part of the piano. He fixed three hammers and one key. Then he started work on tuning. After the initial listen, he said it would need two rough tunings and one final tuning. After 15 years of Texas weather and no tuning, it sounded about right that the transported piano could use three tunings. He then tuned and tuned and tuned.
