An outstanding job from beginning to end. Custom Discount Exteriors repaired and painted two time-worn door frames, repainted the front door, and repaired a 16ft section of soffit and fascia that had recently been damaged. This company did exactly what they said they would do and did it when they said they would. Communication was excellent and the price for the work done was fair. This is the second time I've hired Custome Discount Exteriors and they have been superb to work with on both occasions. I absolutely recommend this company's services and will hire them again when needed. Big thanks to Tom Priester and his team. A job very well done that is most appreciated.

Came out the same day to inspect and advise on how it could be handled. Gave me options on an immediate fix that I chose so the roof could be inspected by my insurance for further repair.

Repair crew very efficient and professional. The crew arrived the following day and discussed exactly what they would do for the repair. They were very knowledgeable and experienced in siding repairs. The repair was performed quickly in a quality manner. Upon completion, the crew cleaned up the area around the yard where damaged siding was laying. I am extremely impressed with the timeless and professionalism of Custom Discount Exteriors. I will use them gain when a need arises and tell others about them.

Tom and Paul were great. Tom came out, gave us an estimate quickly, they started work almost immediately and worked around our schedules. They were very responsive and took pride in the work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The original estimate was about $4500 but there was much more extensive rotting wood than we thought so a lot more work had to be done. My only complaint was that the contractor used deck screws which, instead of being colored to match the wood color, were plain aluminum so they are fairly visible. But the workmanship was very good and the two guys who did the work were very competent.
Note: The reason for the "F" on responsiveness and for the "no" in response to the question "Would you use this provider in the future" is that recently we had them come by to look at some siding repair. The owner, Tom, came by and told us he would send us a bid. After numerous attempts to have them do this, we still have yet to get a bid from them. We have called the office several times and each time, the woman told us we would be called back but it hasn't happened. Maybe the job was too small but we would have appreciated a call to let us know that. We have used this company several times in the past and we have generally been happy with the work so this is a real mystery to us.

Install crew did a very nice job caulking.  They were very professional, cleaned up all the debris and took old windows away.  Windows had an R rating and the 2 bedroom windows are energy efficient.  The new windows look great and I noticed an immediate difference in the temperature in the basement as the old windows were single pane aluminum.

Had Custom Discount Exteriors out to side my house, put on new gutters, new garage door, etc. 10,. Excellent customer service, excellent punctuality and, although I don't remember the exact cost, it was very affordable. Nothing went wrong. Professionalism all the way through.

Overall it went very well. There were  a couple of small hiccups, but the owner Tom  took care of them very quickly. We would use them again for other projects.
