They are a family owned company. They worked real hard and did a wonderful job on my computer. I had been using them for other things in the past and I like the way they do the work.

He was very fast and responsive. He was able to diagnose the problem and could have had it fixed the same day, but we wanted to think about what to do so we had them fix it 2 days later. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. While we were there, another customer came in carrying his computer tower, and the owner ran to open the door for him. He is very courteous and considerate. He even took us back into the repair area to show us everything he was doing, which was very encouraging. I would definitely use them again!
