On budget, and on schedule. final billing was delayed.

Stay away from them. I had water damage and hired them to fix my house. They wanted me to sign a substantial completion closeout. We are getting estimates for the second half for our payment. The project manager was Todd Meyer. When they did the floors I had trash in my finish and a penny. The floor was choppy and looked like a jigsaw puzzle. In my hall bathroom they damaged my tile by ripping out a vanity. They get sub-contractors and it was puddles and debris everywhere. It was horrible. The first time they worked on my home I stayed in a hotel and I came back and noticed that everything was damaged. They do not do good work. This project started October 2015 and we are still dealing with them. I would not recommend them to anyone. They messed up everything that they touched. We might have to take them to court.

I had great a experience with them. I had an accident occur on February 17th  and they had someone come out right away to survey the damage. It was just recently got completed and it was kind of a long process because they had to redo the bricks and redo the inside of the garage. They hired someone to do the brickwork and the structural of the garage. They all did a really good job. I was able to get most of it paid by my insurance.

Jim North has done a number of jobs with us since 2005. He recently closed his Professional Air business and joined CATCO, so I am pasting here my previous review for him:
We first met Jim as a referral from a mold inspector who found mold in our attic. Jim and his crew are a model of expertise and professionalism, and his prices were much more reasonable than we had expected to pay to fix this upsetting situation. He also did air duct cleaning and returns every year for dryer vent removal. Jim has also done other jobs with us, and he is the first person we call when something comes up. Thanks, Jim, for all your hard work in our home! My only hesitation in writing this review is for him to be even busier than he already is (just kidding :-).

Jim showed up right on time and was very professional and personable. He even got my 4 year old son to talk to him and he is pretty shy. He asked about access to the attic, something I hadn't thought of. We got the ladder out and climbed up. He point out a few things and were able to pull out more lint that was clogged up. He also pointed out a couple designs that were questionable in how the exhaust was routed. He offered to swing back by the next day and get on the roof to make sure there was no damage to or additional blockage. He also recommended a few things to look into to improve air flow and followed up with some products to help detect clogged vents.
Very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend them to anyone.
