They made the frames too small, the size of the matte opening, even though I specified 3" top, bottom, and side mattes on their web site. It turns out that if you don't buy the mattes from them, they make the frames incorrectly. They take no responsibility for this, and they're not going to fix their web site. They made tiny frames, charged a 20% restocking fee, and no refund on shipping. Even with all that, I found another source that did the frames and plexiglas correctly for less than the refund from this dreadfully bad company.
