Description of Work: We went in for a consultation where she spent an hour going thru everything we wanted for our wedding we wanted all real flowers for the bouquets and such. She said she would call if anything came up so two weeks before the wedding she called and discussed everything with my future wife at the time she said to make sure she got the correct flowers bought so she would have them that day. so the day before our wedding while we are setting up she calls my wife and tells her well I kinda forgot about ur stuff and what u wanted so I'd like to just wing it but I'll make sure u are happy. So we wanted lots of color with several different flowers we had picked out but no roses at all my wife doesn't care for roses so that should be simple she sure doesn't want them in her bouquet. So she calls again late that night the night before our wedding so the bride is already in major stress mode and tells her well a funeral came up and I used all ur flowers for it instead so I'm just gonna throw so stuff together for urs but it will be fine. So the day arrives and a friend picks up the flowers and brings them over to us. The brides bouquet is mainly white with some light pinks and all carnations which are pretty but cheap and the only thing in the bouquet to give it a little color were pink roses!! The bridesmaids bouquets weren't any better and in fact the main flower the bride wanted as a center piece was put in the maid of honors bouquet instead of hers. So we took pics before the wedding and while walking around the brides bouquet started falling apart Got bad enough that twenty mins before the wedding the bridesmaids took the whole thing apart and rebuilt it with more of the flowers the bride actually wanted. But we made it work just nothing like we were promised so we go in the next week to settle up and tell her how bad it was and all she could say was sorry I can believe it I did as u asked and what do u expect me to do about it. I wanted to walk out right then but my wife is nicer than me so we asked her for a discount since it wasnt close to what we wanted and she used cheaper flowers than we had originally wanted so she did some figuring and came up with the fact that she had done what we wanted was sorry we weren't happy but she could take off twenty five dollars and that was all her profit yeah right not on over four hundred dollars of carnations we paid it and left disgusted I will never go in there again and hope to steer others away from the same fate we went thru.
