Could not have gone better, either at the store or the installation.

It went great! He was very courteous. He explained about down-drafts and how to light the pilot light. He checked the logs. He was very helpful.

We visited the store and talked with the salesman who guided us to the gas logs that were most economical for our size fireplace. My parents had put the same fireplace in a few months prior and we liked theirs, so we knew what we were looking for. After shopping around we found the best deal with this company.

We were very pleased with the entire service. The sales associate helped us to choose a grill to meet our needs and didn't try to sell something that was too big and/or expensive. The installers arrived on time to remove our old grill and install the new one. They did an excellent job on the installation. The post of our old grill was right next to a concrete patio and in a garden surrounded by flowers. The installers did a great job in preserving as much planting as possible. I was amazed that just a small circle around the new post had been cleared for the installation. Just a great job!

Their service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful in finding the type of log I was looking for. Other stores I had gone to never mentioned the option of a vent-free log, which is exactly what I wanted. (Some kind to help heat a room and not vent the heat in the house out the chimney.) The installer was prompt and performed the job quickly. He showed me how to operate the log as well as how to relight the pilot light in case I would need to do that. A great experience!
