This is the most incompetent company Ive ever encountered. I met 3 times with the installer, had several email exchanges and we finally came up with a design. I put several thousands of dollars down as a deposit and they scheduled me about 3 months out from the final design approval. The day of install, nobody showed up. They were supposed to arrive at 8:30am and never showed. After calling the local office several times (they were not answering the phone all morning) my rep, and the corporate office, someone from the local office answered at 10:30am and said they sent the scheduler to the wrong address, which was 2.5 hours away. I had to arrange to take off work for the day of install and also find a place to keep my dog. They still have my deposit, I have no pantry, and they have not rectified the situation in any way. Do not waste your time with this company. BUYER BEWARE

Excellent work! California Closets is admittedly not the cheapest but it is well worth the price and the value shows through the workmanship. The design and installation work is the best in the market and the team at this location cannot be beat. Unmatched professionalism and customer service! The designs fit our needs perfectly! I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone looking to organize his or her garage or closets.

It was exceptional. I might say that it took me a year to decide to actually do this project. The same person that met with me initially, Jeannine Manning (sales & planning), met with me again a year later. This was important to me that this company had the same competent employees a year later. Jeannine was highly professional, non-pushy, full of ideas, and made it all come together. Then Kevin Dunn and his installation team went beyond the call to make sure this project went smoothly. They actually came out twice to ensure their measurements were accurate before installation. I've done many home remodels over the years but this experience with California Closets has been the best experience by far. I highly recommend them to others.
