The learning about the house was informational. Although for the cost we could have gotten a written report with a septic inspection. He said his certificate had expired after we asked him about that part of the inspection. Had to call a septic system inspector out for additional cost for that inspection. Received a call asking more details about the property apparently he is interested about which i realized after he asked me our bid on the property. 1 week later on a holiday weekend he calls looking for more information about the property. Apparently he is trying to see if are buying it. Really shady and.un.professional for sure.
Description of Work: Pre buy home inspection without written report.Taught us about the house was the exact words. Beware this is the same an inspection, just he doesnt give a report which will cost an.$200. The home inspection by another Professional was priced at $250 all inclusive from Cape Girardeau and that is with the drive down and written report. I founs this out while searching for a septic inspector
