A few weeks later paid them again to fix the leaking faucet. A few weeks later faucet is leaking again. Apparently it was never fixed and the same time interval for all instances is apparently the time a slow leak needed to show up. I called Moen, explained and the representative said what the plumbers were "fixing" was not the problem with my faucet. They weren't even close. So after almost $200 to McGowan with no results, Moen correctly diagnosed the problem and sent me, gratis, the parts and instructions. I fixed it myself in about 15 minutes.

Rich McGowan gave us an estimate for his work. We agreed. Him and another plumber arrived on time. They removed their shoes and were cafeful not to dirty the floor. Which did not matter because it was going to be pulled up by the carpet/ tile man. They let me use their dumpster to dispose of all the old wall tiles I had removed to prep the bathroom for the new tub/shower, toilet and vanity.
They brought 99% of eveything they needed to get the job done. They stopped at 12 for lunch and to get a few more items to get the first part of their job done. They knew we could not finigh the install until the tile men had fnished laying the new floor tiles. They got the new tub/shower replumbed and installed that first day. Once the tile floor was layed they came back to install the new toilet. However, the new toilet had a crack from the manufacturer that had to be replaced. Once we got the replacement toilet, Rich and his helper came back and installed the toilet and finished installing the sink and plumbing in the new vanity.
Everytime they came they were neat, polite and on time.Once they were finshed they asked my wife come in and inspect their work and asked if she had any questions.

Rich and crew provided great service. Their work was professional and done when they said it would be. The price was reasonable, although I didn't get competitive bids. Rich used subcontractors for grading the lagoon and emptying the existing septic tank. Great company and great people. Would (and have) use them again for any plumbing needs.
