They were sent to my home to inspect it after a fire and I had no choice in the matter. They sent me a bill and because I did not pay the whole thing right away he would not accept the half payment I had sent and returned my check. The man I spoke to was very rude to me. I explained that this was an unexpected expense and was waiting for my insurance claim and this was not good enough, he wanted the entire payment "now!"
