The carpet was stained with pet stains and very dirty. He got all pet stains out. There were only 2 stains (that were not pet stains) that didn't come out, which he warned me when he saw them that they probably wouldn't come out. Other than that, the carpets look brand new. All of our furniture was out of the house when he cleaned it. There were stairs as well, so there is an extra cost for cleaning stairs.
