Excellent. Mr. Lesan understands old KC homes and their plumbing issues. His address might be in Lone Jack, but he knows the older KC neighborhoods. He was thorough, extremely reasonable, and fast. And friendly. My husband usually handles our plumbing issues, but this one required shutting off the city's supply line. Mr. Lesan was so good that he will handle all of our plumbing issues from now on. A neighbor recommended him and I was pleased to see that he was on Angie's List too. I highly recommend him.

The installation went pretty much as anticipated. When Mr. Lesan began the removal process for the old faucet he discovered that the original installer had used connectors that were fairly cheap (not brass). He had to make some minor modifications to the pipe stems that would support the new faucet before proceeding further. He also had to ream out the holes in the basin to accomodate the slightly wider inlet spacing on the new unit. Everything was clear sailing after that and the new unit performs as expected.

When we started having problems with the flow on our Grohe faucet, we called the plumber we had used in the past. He told us that Grohe are difficult to fix and we should just replace it. I went to Pyramid plumbing supply to pick out a new faucet and they told me that there were a couple of things that could be causing the problem and both were relatively east to fix. They gave me John's number and said he worked almost exclusively on Grohe. I called John and he got back to me the next day and and set up an appointment for that evening. He showed up on time and had diagnosed the problem and installed the new rate coupler within 10 minutes. His rate was reasonable and in line with what we have paid in the past for plumbing services. I will be calling him in the future with my plumbing needs.

He is very good. He comes when he says he will. If he is not going to be here on time he calls to say he is running late. He is very punctual and very good.

John did the work when promised and in a speedy and professional matter.

I found his prices in line with other plumbers in the area. He did a great job of repairing the items and cleaning up. He was very knowledgeable and I found him a pleasure to work with.

John is always on time and takes care of everything quickly. We'll continue using him in the future and would recommend him to anyone!

HE IS VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I'VE HAD HIM IN MY HOME WHEN I WASN'T THERE. HE IS A REALLY NICE MAN AND HE REALLY TRIES TO WORK WITH YOU. HE IS VERY PROMPT AT RETURNING CALLS IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. HE WORKS FOR A LOT OF OLDER PEOPLE AND HAS WORKED IN THIS AREA FOR A VERY LONG.
