The project has been ongoing for several months. John and his employees have always conducted themselves very professionally on the job-site. He is extremely knowledgable and creative in every aspect of the renovation. As the project unfolded John has been very flexible as we made changes and additions to the original plan. The overall quality of workmanship is excellent and we greatly respect John's recommendations and advice. We will continue to employ John's Home Improvement for future projects.

Overall it went better then expected except he was there before 5:30am! There are no don'ts for our experience with John.
