Went very well. Safety was a priority for the company. They were timely and completed the job the way we were expecting and gave good advise for what was needed.

Would definitely recommend, reasonable price, on time, completed agreed to work on time, and their clean up was amazing.

Douglas LLC was always prompt and responsive to our texting coordination. When I first requested an estimate, Jacob was at my house that afternoon. My tree was a large tree in a position that made it difficult to remove. It required a tree climber, and there was limited space to lower the limbs without damaging fences or a building. Everything was hauled away and the stump ground away. Douglas LLC was flexible in coordinating with us to get the project done. We had to juggle bad weather and other major home projects at the same time. Douglas LLC was always positive with a “get ‘er done” happy attitude. Thank you.

He did a wonderful job. I had asked several people before him to cut down a big dead Elm tree that was leaning and was afraid it would fall. No one else really wanted to bother with it because of location I assume. He showed up never hesitated one bit said he could do it not a problem. He did just that went right to work and it couldn't have landed anymore perfect. Very confident in what he does and it shows! Also cut down one that had uprooted from rain along with a few of others that had fell. He does an awesome job! Very pleasant guy as well! I will for sure hire him for future trees or debris that I need done.
