We share up front supplier cost with no mark up to customer. We also do not ask for money up front, but merely weekly draws to cover labor for work performed.

I found that Mike is very busy and in high demand, so patience is required when calling him on the phone. It sometimes take him day to get back to you, but it is well worth your wait. Mike is the most honest contractor I have worked with. I will not use any other contractor for roofing or home repair work now.
