She was timely and responsive however the job was not 100% completed. We sent her photos of several items that were not complete. She came back the next day to finish but still several items we mentioned were still not completed. She informed us that the self cleaning oven didn't work but when we went back to the house to do another inspection we turned on the oven and the self cleaning feature functioned as it was supposed to. Maybe she just didn't want to do the oven. We were credited money for that but it still would have been good to have to not have to clean it myself.

I had not used a cleaning service before and wasn't sure what to expect. Alicia did such a fabulous job on our home we decided to have her come regularly. For the initial deep cleaning, she even scheduled us in on her normal day off which turned out to be perfect timing as we were finishing up some other projects on the house. I highly recommend Alicia and White Oak Residential Kleaning.

They did an absolutely fabulous job. It still smells wonderful after 4 days. They dusted everything and didn't miss a spot. Alicia is so nice and wonderful. She gives tips on how to take care of things. They oiled my cabinets and got into all the cracks. They dusted in all the high areas as well as baseboards and doors. I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them.
