Unique Painting

We have a 2-story house and it turned out excellent.  He has a big crew and they got the whole outside of the house painted in one day.

I hired Chad for painting the exterior of my house. He said that he would make my house look "cleaned up and righteous" and man did he DELIVER! The job was completed in a single day and this was not straight-forward paint work! Nearly every window sill needed replacing. There were also several areas that were in need of patching and repair. Additionally, seeing that the shutters were in too sad of shape to paint,Chad replaced them with new ones. His crew was very efficient and took pride in their work. The clean-up afterward was equally efficient. Chad Wek is great to work with and Unique Painting is a winner!!!

I contacted Unique Painting thru Angies List along with a couple other contractors. I spoke to and chose Chad and his crew partly due to his location and mostly after to talking with him and getting a prompt estimate. The estimate was in my ball park and Chad worked with me on setting the dates to do the work.
I had lots of wood rot due to neglect over time, A golden lab that chewed up several window sills outside in the back.Paint was faded and peeling badly overall.
Pergola was totally rotted and the pergola boards were approx. 18 feet long and there are about 18 of those. In other words my house resembled the Munsters house.
We set the date 4 weeks out and as time drew close Chad called to make appointement to power wash the house a few days early as he had a break in his schedule which was great for me. After that was done on a Friday, the next Wednesday he had his crew come out and repair and replace wood rot etc. Thursday and Friday the whole paint crew was here to finish wood repair and completely paint the house and pergola. The crew worked very hard and were super professional. Chad is always on the job and communiicates what they are doing, what needs to be done, and when it will be done.
My home looks great, no flaws anywhere. Neighbors all commented on how good it looks and even had a lady stop by driving down the stree to compliment me.

I was very impressed with Chad and his crew. He showed up on time (early actually) with 8 guys to start replacing the wood rot on the front and back of my house. He took pictures of the before and after, and his crew worked very quickly. He estimated an 8 hour window, but was finished in about 5. He did the work that was quoted, and did not push me into doing more than needed to be done. On top of replacing the wood rot, he painted to match and cleaned everything up. Very impressed and would call Chad again.

Chad was great to work with. Easy to get hold of and quick to return calls. He never missed an appointment and was actually able to juggle our house around to get the job done earlier while the weather wasn't too warm. He brings a pretty large crew so the house repairs were done on one day, then the exterior painting was completely finished the next day. They also came out a week earlier to do the exterior cleaning.

Chad and his crew were great all the way through. Chad was always very responsive whenever I had questions and was always available to answer them, even driving out to the house one evening to put one of my concerns to rest. Also, I had made a last minute decision to have three trim boards on the house replaced and Chad only charged me what he paid for the materials, no additional labor. Every meeting I had with Chad he was there right on time or before and the day they did the work I was told they would be at the house at 7:00am and they were actually there at 6:50am. They painted my house and my neighbors house at the same time and we are both extremely happy with the quality of the work. We were especially impressed with the caulk jobs. They left no seem, joint, or nail head uncaulked. If all of that isn't enough, just five days after they painted we had a hail storm move through and ding up my garage doors a little and Chad's planning to come out and take care of it. These guys really take pride in their work and you won't find a better quality paint job for the price anywhere.
