He did not give me my plans until the night before the neighborhood homes tour. He did very amateur drawings and they were to scale but not at all worth $1000 dollars. I would not ever do service with him again. He indicated that he would have some people smooth out the construction so that it would at least look presentable for the tour, but he never went through with that. He was very bad at communicating and didn't contact me until the night before the tour.
