Royal Care Painting

We had a really bad experience with them. Everything was bad. In fact that's why we signed for Angie's List, so we could avoid these situations. They did a horrible job. I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with it. They got paint all over our driveway, which is still there. One of their paint guns exploded and covered our deck with green paint and they didn’t fix it. The paint is splotchy and they didn’t cover it well. Their trim work is not clean. The paint is doubled now because they painted it when it was wet, and they won't do anything about it. They had to repaint the ceiling twice. The last time they did it, they had the primer up again and they still are yet to come and recover the primer. We are lucky that the primer kind of matches so we can't really tell. The paint that they used is now cracked because they used low quality paint. They didn’t scrap very well, so we can still see parts where they should have scraped. There is paint all over our front porch, which is concrete, so we can't get that out. We probably would have been better off if we had just left the old color that was. I think the work that they did actually detract from the value of our home. When we call, they don’t respond. They made 5-6 appointments with me to come and fix things and never showed up. I would tell others that their home is their biggest investment, and Royal Care Painting will do more damage to your home than they will do good. I would also tell them that hiring this company would be one of the biggest mistakes they could make when dealing with anything to do with their home.
