.Mr. Soper cleaned the U shaped part of gutter. No leak after several days of rain - NO BILL.
Had him walk the entire roof - minor repairs plus repaired a leaking window.
At the end of the job, they checked yard and landscaping very carefully to be sure there were no nails or debris left.
The roof looks attractive and is exactly as we wanted and expected.
