My insurance took care of everything. They were professional. They worked with me on a date and I had to leave it for a week. When I got the car,, it was repaired as agreed upon. The work was excellent.

Someone backed into the side of my husband's new truck. We took it down to Precision Collision and got an estimate. After our insurance adjuster came out and looked at it also, we scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. They told us it would probably take about 2 weeks because our insurance adjuster didn't account for all the repairs they felt would be needed to make the truck whole again and he would have to come out and look at it after the damaged part was torn down. They were able to make the insurance adjuster see that additional repairs were needed and the insurance company agreed to pay for the additional work. They were done early and when the repairs were finished, our truck looked brand new again. As disappointed as my husband was when his new truck got damaged, he was extremely happy to get it back and not be able to tell that someone had backed into it.
We have taken several vehicles to Precision Collision over the years and always had good reliable service. With 2 teenage boys driving it has been nice to know that we can count on them to take care of our needs. We are always happy with the service we receive and the quality of the work. We have also referred several people to Precision Collision and always been thanked for the referral. We wouldn't go any place else!
