They were very nice and helpful when they came out. They explained that they couldn't do the work for me, which I appreciated.

Scheduler was responsive to our needs. Work was completed quickly and efficiently by Travis. Price was reasonable. We would definitely use this company again.

The owner contacted me in a timely manner, took great care and expertise to identify and discuss different options to remedy my problem (which was a rat's nest of many different wires), gave me a reasonable estimate, showed up on time to perform the work and did an outstanding job. Apart from a minor plaster crack around the outlet box, it was a very clean and thorough job.

ZACK ESTIMATED THE JOB AND SAT DOWN AND DISCUSSED OPTIONS UNTIL IT WAS CLEAR WHAT WE WANTED. TOM CAME IN EARLY EVERY DAY, TALKED IT OVER THEN COMPLETED EACH PART OF THE JOB. PALMER EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL IN DECIDING THE PLACEMENT OF SWITCHES, CEILING LIGHTS, COMPUTER HOOK-UP, ETC. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS.

BO HAD THE MEN THERE ON SCHEDULE AND THE HOUSE WAS FINISHED ON TIME FOR THE CLOSING. THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND WORKED PROPERLY.
