They are very good at installing decks. They put bolts into the ledger board, they pour concrete footers and install brackets for the posts, they use 6x6 posts and inset board into the post properly. They're very slow to get to work but this is likely because they're busy and the work is often weather dependent. Check their numbers, the math on our contract was wrong and we only caught it after the fact. (We didn't ask for our money back since we could have caught it before having the work done)
