LOWE'S HOME IMPROVEMENT WAREHOUSE

In addition to in-store help, described above, we were very pleased with the installer, DAVE WILCOX, who contracts with 8 Lowe's Stores in the Kansas City area. Dave came to do the initial measuring and layout, suggested a larger size tile for the area than we had thought about, assured us he would be the actual installer, and promised he would do the work "as if in his own home". Also assured he would do all clean-up and haul-away of the old flooring. Dave Wilcox did an absolutely beautiful installation! He was precise, committed, professional, personable and really cared about producing a top-notch result, which he did in spades! He even stayed till 9:00 p.m. one night to finish a phase of installation so that we would not be inconvenienced an extra day of not being able to walk on the floor. (We have puppies who have to be taken out every hour and have to cross the kitchen to get to the yard. By finishing that phase in late evening, the puppies could be put to bed and we didn't have to walk on the floor overnight, which allowed the floor to "set".) Cannot say enough about Dave's attention to detail and his commitment to doing a perfect installation. Want to mention, also, how CLEAN Dave worked. Dave kept his vacuum handy at all times and we did not have to clean shelves, window sills, walls, etc after the job was done; just a little dusting. Should we have any additional flooring projects, would definitely stress to Lowe's that we would want Dave Wilcox to do the work.
