Fantastic job, Kent was great to work with, he was here every day working along side his crew, Job was done on time and on budget. We need another pad poured and our basement floor refinished and I will be calling K&K to do it.

We had a great experience with K & K! We met with the foreman, Michael, for the quote. He's very likeable and explained everything to us. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. After being hired, we met the owner, Kent. Very nice and really listens to his customers. He worked right along side his crew in the heat and didn't just supervise and bark out orders. The entire crew works hard and I never saw them sitting around wasting time. They take their work seriously and do a great job at what they do. They even went above and beyond by getting us trailers full of mulch for our new landscaping and didn't charge us for the time or gas, just what Northstar charged them. Kent even had two of the guys on his crew come and help us spread the mulch at no cost to us! Our driveway looks great! Our mulch looks great! I can't recommend them enough! We will definitely hire them again when we need more concrete work done!

We had a unique situation where a couple of owners before us tore out part of the driveway and replaced with 2 cobblestone paths.  The job was not done correctly -- Stones started sinking forming pools of water on top creating mud.  We would then drive over the water/mud to get into the garage.  This really tore up the yard and caused us to drag mud onto the driveway and into the garage, just a mess...  Kent came by, on time, to put in a bid and we scheduled the job for the 1st of March.
The job got pushed back a week due to equipment issues with K + K but not a big deal.  Kent called/emailed and kept us in the loop.
Once it was finally poured and cut, we waited a week before driving on it.  It is so nice to not worry about the mud and tearing up the yard.  It actually dresses up our property nicely which one would never think about.
We are very happy with the job and recommend them.

They had a big enough crew to finish the job in 4.5 days (!) - all were professional and helpful.  They asked my opinion/input on the work as it proceeded.  They were also considerate of the roadway and did their best not to cause too much of a blockage in our sub-division.
Our driveway is sealed and beautiful - they were also careful to explain when to reseal the concrete and the length of time it should cure before driving on it.  They also explained why the original concrete was failing.
All in all, I cannot say enough good about them!  We took pictures of the process and they had no problem with that, either.

Kent and his crew were referred by a good friend that works at Geiger Ready Mix. we tore out a crappy multi level wood deck, called Kent to help with final design. He showed up exactly when he said....gave us great insight, and we got 2 other quotes. His bid was less and his professionalism was awesome! He showed up with his crew on the day he said, and the patio turned out better than we expected!

Highly recommend K&K concrete construction, we are having him back this fall to replace 1/2 of our drive way, and pour a foundation for outside fireplace.

I was referred to Kent by our neighbor.  I had been contacting many concrete contractors for bids and many of them were pricey and could not get to our drive until late in the year due to other jobs they were working.  Out of frustration, I finally asked our neighbor what the name of guy was that did theirs.  I rang Kent and he called me back within a couple of hours.  We scheduled time that was convenient for us to come by and provide an estimate.  He arrived on time, professional, and provided a quote right there.  We agreed to a day within a couple of weeks to have the work done.  Weather did push a job of his out, but he was quick to call us, apologize, and gave us a new day.  He called and confirmed the night before and arrived with his crew the next morning.  His entire crew was pleasant, they did an awesome job with clean up and we have a very nice drive.  He will be my first call if we ever need concrete work done again.  He has a small business, but is why he was able to get us in before winter..........he didn't have the overhead to have to have to work with.  Last of a dying breed.............honest, reasonable, and trustworthy.

We had a good experience with K and K Concrete. Kent gave us a very competitive bid, and they completed the job exactly as he bid it. We needed our double driveway, sidewalk, and patio replaced. They tore out the driveway and sidewalk, (the patio was already out). They criss-crossed rebar on two foot centers in the driveway, and three foot centers in the patio and sidewalk. The rebar was dowelled into the existing concrete. The sidewalk was radiused over to the driveway, instead of the 45 degree turn we had before.On the patio, they made sure the new pad was finished to match the old one, and that we had proper drainage. They used 4000 lb concrete on a gravel bed and it was nicely finished and sealed. Kent communicates very well and kept us informed about what was going on throughout the job. Kent is a local businessman and hires employees from the area. He and his crew are friendly and easy-going, and did an excellent job for us. We will definitely be using them again.
