JOHN IS A VERY NICE BUILDER. HOME IS WELL MADE. WE PURCHASED NEW. ORIGINAL CONTRACT ASKED FOR ABOUT 20 ITEMS TO BE DONE BEFORE POSSESSION. ALTHOUGH NONE WERE COMPLETED BEFORE POSSESSION, ALL BUT 1 HAS BEEN COMPLETED WITHIN 6 MONTHS. MOST WERE COMPLETED WITHIN FIRST FEW WEEKS, THE REMAINING REQUIRED ME MAKING WEEKLY PHONE CALLS TO ASK WHEN IT WOULD BE DONE. JOHN, HIMSELF, HAS DONE SEVERAL OF THEM. SOMETIMES HARD TO GET A HOLD OF, BUT A VERY HONEST GUY. ONE MAJOR PROBLEM-- LEAKING OF SHOWER WAS FIXED IMMEDIATELY UPON NOTIFICATION, AND HAVE HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS SINCE. MOST OF MY NEIGHBORS ARE JEALOUS-- AS THEY HAD DIFFERENT BUILDERS WHO DIDN'T TURN OUT AS WELL AS JOHN.
