 + -1 moreLinda and Jim went above and beyond what was expected, they tried several different processes to recover any data off my old hard drive, but in the end, my drive was just unrecoverable. I really appreciate them trying. I'll definitely be back with any computer problems.
Description of Work: My desktop hard drive failed on a weekend. I took my computer to Linda first thing Monday morning. She ordered me a new hard drive and installed it.
