It did not go well.  I was so frustrated with the workers that I didn't want them to come out and finish job.  My part in this is I should have called the owner before I got so mad.

First, their employee Dan took my order over the phone and did not come out to look at pool(according to the contract I got later, this should have been done).  Dan and another worker arrived late afternoon after telling me they would be here early am.  They took out old liner and put in new.  They stayed until there was about six inches of water in new liner then left.  Before they left, Dan asked me to give him final payment even though they would not be finishing the job until the next day.  I refused.  I also asked if they would be taking old pool liner for disposal - Dan said this was my responsibility (according to contract, they were supposed to take it). 

This family owned company has got to be the most professional pool company I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them for opening or closing pools in the metro area and for weekly maintenance in the Liberty area.

. I called these folks at hot spot, was advised they may/may not be able to help me. I was informed upfront pricing just to have inspection/estimate and whether or not they could help and since in Holden was concerned. YET they came out Monday, did on-site inspection, advised if/how etc as to whether or not they could get parts. They came back on same week/Thursday, had parts, were extremely courteous, very professional and completed job.Now my hot tub/spa now works great. I would recommend and would seek service again.

I called around and they were the only people in town who would service my brand.  I wasn't here either time that they showed up, but they were very accommodating. they did the work and just left me a bill.  They were very fair on their service time and just billed me for an hour on each project.  They were easy to deal with.  They did leave me in the dark about service date so I would give them a B for responsiveness.  They were professional and I would use them again in the future.

Good experience

This was a wonderful experience. Great people to work with! So happy I found them. They had my problem resolved and everything back in order very quickly. Very personable and easy to work with. I will never go to any other pool or spa store again!
