I’ve been a Great Plains Exteriors customer for over 4 years now and I’m constantly blown away by their first-rate customer service and craftsmanship. There’s simply no one like them in the business. Being in the KC area, we are consistently hit with some of the most extreme weather that mother nature can throw at a house: huge wind gusts, lengthy heat waves, and frigid cold spells. The fact that my siding still looks as good as it did the day it was installed 5 years ago is a testament to the quality of work that Great Plains Exteriors does. Occasionally, the crazy midwest weather can cause a piece of trim to work its way loose. It’s just something that you have to expect over time in this environment. I’m so thankful I can simply call up Chase or Chris at Great Plains Exteriors and they are on it pronto! I had a loose piece of aluminum trim on a corner fascia and Carlos (the absolute siding expert) was at my place the SAME DAY to get it swiftly repaired. As always, Carlos is professional, friendly and leaves the job site better than he found it. He takes care of his customers, treats them with the utmost respect, and strives to build a lasting relationship. Those are qualities you can’t just go out and find, and I certainly don’t take them for granted. Great Plains Exteriors was terrific in every way. The owner, Chase, has a great team working for him, and Adam, the project manager, was excellent to work with as well. To start with, Chase and everyone at Great Plains was extremely responsive. I never had to wait long at all to be called back, and I usually got Chase on the phone immediately. The house looks exactly like we wanted it to look. We had great options, and I've had many of our neighbors come by my house to tell me how good the siding looks. We had a full polymer siding install done, and the work is rock solid. In fact, Chase and his crew helped us solve a bigger problem that we'd been unable to figure out that wasn't even related to the roof. Every issue that we had was addressed immediately, and the job was completed to perfection. Additionally, everyone at Great Plains is extremely courteous and basically, they were a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly.

We couldn’t have asked for a better Window and Siding company to work with! Great Plains Exteriors was very easy to work with, on time for everything, very professional and courteous. Chase was extremely friendly and was there from start to finish. They answered all questions we had. We have gotten numerous compliments on the end product of our house. They made our house look amazing. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking!!!!

Chase was awesome! Not only did he respond to my initial email within a few hours, he would have been at my house that afternoon but I was working. He came the next morning and was more than prompt...he was early! He fixed me up and charged a great price. I will definitely call him when I need exterior repair or replacement again. Chase answered all my concerns during the estimate meeting, providing me with information without pressure to buy. Great Plains was also one of the few siding contractors that did not "require" my wife to be present at our in-home meeting. His work crew arrived each morning about eight and left between five and six in the evening after they did a general clean up of the yard. They worked hard and it was easy to see they were a true team as they worked smoothly together. Their craftsmanship and pride is evident in their work. A small issue with missing cosmetic screw plugs for the door window appeared at the end of the job. Even though I had signed off on the project, Chase went the extra mile and made sure to correct the issue (he had to order them twice) himself. As a former contractor in a similar business, I can tell you many contractors would "forget" about this two-dollar type of issue. In summary, professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service distinguish Chase and his Great Plains Exteriors crew.

We have a 26 Year old home with old siding that was due for an update. We contacted Chase with Great Plains Exteriors on June 6th, 2016 through Home Advisor website. Chase came out to our home the next day to perform an estimate. From the very beginning of contacting Chase, he was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He gave us a written estimate and we were sold on the product from the very beginning. His crew showed up on-time and was very outstanding during the installation and they answered all of our questions during the installation. His crew is of excellence and superior quality craftsmanship. They cleaned up every day and returned on-time the next day. They worked 8am - 7pm and only took and hour lunch. Extremely hard workers... Since the installation, we have noticed that our A/C unit has not been running as much like it has been in the past. We can all ready tell the comfort difference in the home, since we are no longer having to adjust the Temperature due to the outside heat reaching in the upper 90's with the heat index above 100's . We are very impressed with the quality of the CedarMAX Insulated Siding and we will be contacting Chase again in the future to install new window too. I highly recommend Great Plains Exteriors to everyone that is looking to improve the quality and comfort levels of there home. Outstanding company... The crew was very nice and hard working. The weather was hot and very rainy, but the group did a great job of working around the storms to complete the job in a timely manner. They also did a great job at cleaning up the area each night and at the end of the project. We didn't find any nails or trash left behind.

Great Plains Exteriors replaced 20 Windows for us and our homes siding. During the process of replacing our homes siding and windows they found a large sum of wood rot caused by a previous siding and window company taking shortcuts. Great Plains Exteriors fixed all the wood rot on the house and made our home look beautiful again. This company knows their business and it shows! From start to finish they were friendly, knowledgeable and true professionals. I would highly recommend Great Plains Exteriors and will be using them again in the future! The crew was wonderful. They worked hard to complete the job and even stayed until sunset. The job took 2 days to complete and they were both efficient and tidy. They wiped down interior walls after install and picked up trash in the yard. They replaced rotten wood and knew exactly what they were doing. Very pleased with the results and I have told all my neighbors about them as well!
